Fuorisalone 2020: Open Call for Ventura Future

The 2020 Milan Design Week will take place from 21 – 26 April.

Let’s get the dates on the agenda immediately!
Ventura Projects will be at the Fuorisalone with Ventura Centrale events in the former warehouses of the Stazione Centrale that year after year has become the not to be missed event of the Design Week, and Ventura Future, the exhibition dedicated to young designers, fresh brands and studios, schools and academies.

I am really happy to tell you that Gucki will be for the third time media partner of both events,Ventura Centrale and Ventura Future.

In 2020 Ventura Future will be hosted again at the BASE in Tortona district.
Applications are open they are selecting established design brands, emerging talents, independent studios, renowned design academies, galleries and institutions who have something new to say about contemporary design. Ventura Future is the only event during the Design Week to have a real curatorship. The selection makes possible to have a very valid offer with high standard and small prices designed specifically for young people and realities.

For the first time during last year edition they introduced tickets to be able to select also the public in order to have an audience interested in discovering the projects and listening to their stories. Some numbers from last year: 90,000 visits, 83 exhibitors, 18 academies, 3,500 sq exhibition area.

Ventura Future focuses on future developments in the field of design, pioneering design research, projects and prototypes, multidisciplinary design, circular and sustainable design, social and service design, architectural design, product design, modern and neo-traditional craftsmanship.

The exhibition will be organized in the different areas of the BASE, from the open space areas to the rooms of the CasaBASE hotel area.
