During last Fuorisalone at Ventura Lambrate I found and bought this beautiful paper vase by Pepe Heycoop, Dutch designer. It’s a paper skin foldable to cover every simple bottles and turn it into a vase. Adjustable in size by rolling up the paper the vase cover will fit any bottle.

The packaging is also very cool: the paper vase comes flatpacked in a very nice envelope.

The most beautiful thing is the spirit there is inside this object and others designed by Pepe Heykoop: the cooperation with the Tiny Miracles Foundation. It is a Netherlands-based charity focused on a community of around 700 people in Mumbai, India. They would like to give work and help these people to lift from poverty.

There are limited jobs in this area, Pepe Heykoop set up his workshop right in the middle of the community teaching how to realize these objects designed by him. This objects are sold all over the world supporting this inspiring project.
