Do you have little time? You can also find the “Da non perdere – Unmissable events” section with the best of the best!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The App was created to share my passion for the Fuorisalone with enthusiasts and professionals <\/strong>who, like me, were looking for a tool capable of “filtering” the events and not the usual encyclopedic guides<\/em> that collect all the events without giving advice or preferences.
In my App instead, you will find my selection, my advice<\/strong>. And after years, years and years – I don’t want to count but I haven’t missed a Design Week since high school! – I can proudly tell you: trust me!<\/strong>
Just one defect: I’m very sorry to tell you that the app is just in Italian. But the essentials you have to know are dates and addresses and those are untranslatable!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After two “reduced” editions due to the Pandemic, Milan Design Week is coming back in the full bloom Summer edition! <\/strong>It will be crazy! The desire of companies and creatives to take back the city in the best week of the year is palpable!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The traditional and historic districts will be present: Brera Design District, 5vie, Zona Tortona, Zona Durini\/San Babila and Isola Design<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Palazzo Turati will host Masterly as always, in the courtyard of honor there will be the Luca Boscardin’s installation<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

However, there are some big changes such as Design Variations<\/strong> which after years at Palazzo Litta this edition will move and make it double: it will in fact be hosted at the Circolo Filologico Milanese<\/strong> (Via Clerici 10) and Palazzo Visconti<\/strong> (via Cino del Duca 8 – location not to be missed!). The magnificent rooms of Palazzo Litta will instead be the setting for Doppia Firma<\/strong>, the event that combines design and craftsmanship signed by the Cologni Foundation and Living – Corriere della Sera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another highly anticipated opening is Garage Traversi<\/strong> (Via Bagutta 2) which has just been renovated and which will host a new chapter of Louis Vuitton’s Objets Nomades.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the last Fuorisalone, it was been certainly the revelation event: Alcova returns to the evocative spaces of the Military Hospital in Baggio<\/strong> (Milan). Atmospheres from other times and forgotten places will host contemporary design. A perfect match that always works for me!
Plus: Alcova opens to the public already on Sunday 5 June (11-19).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new Pictalab wallpapers inspired by Portaluppi’s decorations at Casa degli Atellani will be presented at Alcova. Photo Roberta Dalla Bona<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Fuorisalone 2022 will see two great news: Certosa Initiative, 10,000sqm former industrial spaces<\/strong> in the Viale Certosa area, where 150 designers and 70 exhibitors<\/strong> will exhibit combining emerging talents with established brands. The event is signed by Margriet Vollenberg, the Dutch soul of Ventura Lambrate!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second new entry is Baranzate Ateliers <\/strong>which will be hosted in another former industrial space<\/strong>, in the former Necchi industries in Baranzate. 3.000sqm<\/strong> that will come alive even in the evening with drinks and music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
