It&#8217;s not hard to understand why Peggy Guggenheim and Lee Krasner have decided to take here Jackson Pollock trying to\u00a0get him out of New York&#8217;s craze\u00a0and saving him from his problems with alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>It was Peggy Guggenheim that anticipated the $ 3,000 (think about the today value!) He started painting here with\u00a0canvas on the floor and started his <strong>action painting<\/strong> that made him famous all over the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Today house\u00a0and studio have been transformed into a museum<\/strong> and since 1994 they have been included in the National Register of Historic Places and in the National Historic Landmark.<\/p>\n<p>It is exciting and amazing visiting\u00a0this mythical place, see the landscape that\u00a0inspired so much Pollock (the Abbonac Creek is a famous series of painting), enter his home and above all have the chance\u00a0to <strong>walk on his famous floor<\/strong>, a true dripping artwork itself!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Studying the floor of his studio art historians were\u00a0been able to understand\u00a0what paintings were painted here!<\/strong> I can not describe the emotion I felt! Here you can real enter into the Pollock&#8217;s world, you can breathe his art and dip it in\u00a0his\u00a0colors. The power of his action painting, is still present in the room.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;My painting does not come from the easel. I prefer to tack the unstretched canvas to the hard wall or the floor. I need the resistance of a hard surface. On the floor I am more at ease.
