Salone and Fuorisalone are the most magical moments of the year, where everything is possible and Milan blossoms. In this week anything can happen, even for 5 designers becoming chefs!<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is what is going to happen at\u00a028 Posti<\/strong><\/a>, restaurant in Navigli area\u00a0(you can\u00a0find it in my mini-guide to my favorite places in Milan published on the special January issue of CasaFacile magazine<\/a>), where\u00a0during the designweek, 4-9\u00a0April, you can try every day e different menu created by the chef\u00a0Marco Ambrosino and 5 designers:\u00a0<\/strong>Matteo Cibic, Studio Irvine, Cristina Celestino, Eligo Studio e Diego Grandi.<\/strong><\/p>\n

28 Posti is a special place\u00a0oriented towards ethical values and attentive to the quality of food<\/strong>.\u00a0The menu changes every two months following the\u00a0seasonality of products<\/strong> and create\u00a0a harmonious balance between the traditional cuisine of the Campania region and a more experimental one.<\/p>\n

The interiors are very special too:\u00a0everything was\u00a0produced entirely from recycled materials by\u00a0the inmates of the Penitentiary Institute of Bollate<\/strong>. Thanks to the no-profit NGO Liveinslums,\u00a0a carpentry workshop was started up in the prison<\/strong>, where inmates built tables, doors and cabinets for the restaurant.

Now we just have to find out what are the menus\u00a0created by designers!<\/p>\n
