Una torta favolosa, fresca e veloce, ideale per l&#8217;estate, niente forno! Ecco l&#8217;occorrente:<br \/>\n130 gr burro<br \/>\n200 gr biscotti secchi<br \/>\n4 cucchiai di latte<br \/>\n200 ml di panna da montare<br \/>\n1 confezione di colla di pesce<br \/>\n500 gr yogurt<br \/>\n2 cucchiai di zucchero<br \/>\n2 cestini di fragole<br \/>\n60 gr zucchero<\/p>\n<p><em>As I promised on the <a title=\"HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!\" href=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/2014\/07\/04\/happy-4th-of-july\/\">4th 0f July<\/a>\u00a0today I&#8217;m introducing you to a very outstanding cake, this cake became instantly my favorite getting the better of my beloved cheesecake. A super cake, fresh and quick, perfect in\u00a0Summer time. No oven! Here what you need:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>130 gr butter<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 gr dry cookies<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4 spoons of milk<\/em><br \/>\n<em>200 ml whipped cream<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 confection of gelatin\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>500 gr yogurt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 spoons of sugar<\/em><br \/>\n<em>500 gr. strawberries<br \/>\n60 gr of sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3447\" src=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_0193.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0193\" width=\"700\" height=\"457\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_0193.jpg 700w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_0193-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_0193-100x65.jpg 100w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_0193-260x170.jpg 260w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Prima di tutto preparare la base sbriciolando i biscotti secchi con il burro ammorbidito.<\/p>\n<p><em>First of all you have to crumble dry cookies with the butter softened.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3448\" src=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_0195.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0195\" width=\"1092\" height=\"448\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_0195.jpg 1092w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_0195-300x123.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_0195-1024x420.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1092px) 100vw, 1092px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Foderare una tortiera con la carta da forno. Se la foderate con un pezzo per la base e uno per il bordo sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 semplice estrarla una volta pronta. Per comodit\u00e0 potete aiutarvi fissando la carta alla teglia imburrata. Mettere i biscotti sbriciolati e premere bene per fare un fondo bello compatto.<\/p>\n<p><em>Cover the baking trade with the\u00a0parchment paper. If you\u00a0use it in two pieces: one for the bottom and another one for the side, it would be easier take out the cake from the baking trade. If you want you can also fix the paper to the baking trade with some butter. Intanto mettere a bagno 8 gr. di colla di pesce (che corrispondono a 4 fogli della confezione classica della Cameo) in acqua fredda per 10 minuti. Trascorsi 10 minuti far scaldare 4 cucchiai di latte (senza arrivare a bollore &#8211; io metto il latte in un bicchiere e lo metto per un minuto nel microonde). Strizzare i fogli di colla di pesce e metterli nel latte. Fare sciogliere bene. Aspettare che si raffreddi.<\/p>\n<p><em>Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. In the meanwhile soak 8 gr of gelatin in the fresh water for 10 minutes. Rimettere in frigorifero per 2 ore circa.<\/p>\n<p><em>Add to the biscuits base the yogurt cream and put again in the fridge for least 2 hours.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3457\" src=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_02111.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0211\" width=\"1310\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_02111.jpg 1310w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_02111-300x97.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/DSC_02111-1024x332.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1310px) 100vw, 1310px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Intanto preparare la salsa di fragole che andr\u00e0 a completare la torta. Lavare e tagliare le fragole. Metterle in una pentola con 60 gr. di zucchero e fare cuocere per una ventina di minuti. Mettere in acqua fresca altri 4 fogli (o meno a seconda di quante fragole usate) di gelatina. Unirla strizzata alle fragole dopo aver spento il fuoco. Mescolare bene e lasciare raffreddare.<\/p>\n<p><em>In the meanwhile prepare the strawberries sauce that you will use on the top of the cake. Wash and cut in pieces the strawberries. Put them in a pot with 60 gr of sugar (or less if you like). \u00a0Cook for about 20 minutes. Soak the gelatin in fresh water (other 8gr or less if you use less strawberries). Add the gelatin with the fire turned off. Le ore in frigo non sono poche ma ne vale la pena! E lo sforzo \u00e8 davvero minimo!<\/p>\n<p><em>And here we are!\u00a0Yes, I know, the time in fridge is long but it worth!
