Metterli su una teglia con carta da forno e un goccio di olio. In forno preriscaldato a 200\u00b0 per 10 minuti. Per i pomodori serviranno 20 minuti.<\/p>\n<p><em>First of all you have to wash and\u00a0slice up thin zucchini and eggplants, cut in half tomatoes. Put them in a baking pan on\u00a0some wax paper with some oil. Pre-heated oven at 200\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Tra uno strato e l&#8217;altro mettere un pochino di sale, pepe, timo, basilico e Grana grattugiato. Lasciare riposare in frigorifero per una notte con un peso sopra.<\/p>\n<p><em>Oil\u00a0a baking pan and put vegetables in layers: eggplants, peppers, zucchini and repeat! Rimettere in forno per qualche minuto per servirla tiepida. In estate \u00e8 un piatto da gustare freddo! S\u00ec, \u00e8 una ricetta lunga ma la procedura \u00e8 molto semplice e vi assicuro che questa parmigiana di verdure \u00e8 davvero buonissima!
