Non c&#8217;\u00e8 niente di meglio che sgranocchiare patatine a merenda o prima di cena. E allora cosa ne dite di farle in casa molto pi\u00f9 salutari e sopratutto perch\u00e9 limitarsi a chips\u00a0di patate? Con lo stesso procedimento possiamo usare praticamente ogni verdura! Ecco i miei tre esperimenti con patata dolce, zucca e cavolo nero. Non serve praticamente nulla oltre alle verdure, sale, pepe e olio.<\/p>\n<p><em>My last obsession is <strong>prepare my own chips<\/strong>! There is nothing better than crunching chips as snack\u00a0or before dinner. So, what do you thing about bake them at home? They will be more healthy and we have not to\u00a0use just potatoes! With the same recipe we can make chips with quite every vegetable! These are my three tests: sweet potato, pumpkin and Lacinato kale (&#8220;dino&#8221; kale). Per comodit\u00e0 ho usato una mandolina. Per quanto riguarda il cavolo nero invece basta lavarlo e fare a pezzi le foglie.<\/p>\n<p><em>First of all you have to <strong>wash and slice very thin vegetables<\/strong>. The easiest way to slice them would be to use a mandolin. Intanto preriscaldare il forno ventilato a 200\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p><em>Get them dry after they&#8217;re washed. Se vi piace potete mettere anche delle erbe aromatiche tritate.<\/p>\n<p><em>Spread the chips out in a single layer in a baking sheet. Oil them and add salt and pepper as you like. Per quanto riguarda il cavolo nero invece bastano <strong>5 minuti<\/strong> di forno ventilato a 200\u00b0 o solo di grill a seconda del vostro forno. Controllatele comunque durante la cottura perch\u00e9 cuociono molto velocemente.<\/p>\n<p><em>Bake them in the oven for <strong>10 minutes<\/strong> and some minutes with grill mode. For the\u00a0&#8220;dino&#8221; kale\u00a0pay attention: it just need <strong>5 minutes<\/strong> at 200\u00b0 or you can just use grill mode. Vi assicuro che mangiare queste patatine ancora calde \u00e8 una delle cose pi\u00f9 buone e sfiziose in assoluto! Le mie preferite sono forse quelle di patata dolce ma quelle pi\u00f9 sorprendenti sono quelle di cavolo nero per la meravigliosa croccantezza che assumono! Questa del cavolo nero \u00e8 un mio ripiego nel tentativo di replicare la verdura che ultimamente venero: il Kale. Il mio personale Santo Graal. Sono alla disperata ricerca ma sembra che a Milano sia praticamente impossibile da trovare. La prossima settimana ve ne parler\u00f2 in maniera pi\u00f9 diffusa in una speciale ode al Kale!<\/p>\n<p><em>And this is it! I guarantee you that eat these chips is one of the most yummy and cool things! My favorite chips are those with sweet potato but those that amaze you will be surely the &#8220;dino&#8221; kale\u00a0ones! They will be so crunchy! The &#8220;dino&#8221; kale is my idea to replace my veggie idol: the Kale! I love it so much! It&#8217; my personal Holy Grail! I&#8217;m searching for it but in Milan seems impossible find it.
