Il Kale<\/strong>. Grande protagonista. Salutare e buonissimo. Bello e buono. Il mio personale Santo Graal come gi\u00e0 vi dicevo la scorsa settimana nel super post delle Veggie chips<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Tutto \u00e8 cominciato circa un anno fa quando a Dublino la mia amica Laura mi ha preparato le chips di kale<\/strong>. Ne sono rimasta folgorata! Mi hanno super colpito con la loro croccantezza e per il sapore nuovo. Quasi cima di rapa ma diverso, quasi cavolo nero ma meno forte\u2026! E non basta che sia una cosa buonissima, \u00e8 anche super salutare<\/strong>! Il kale \u00e8 un antinfiammatorio<\/strong> naturale, \u00e8 pi\u00f9 ricco di ferro<\/strong> della carne, pi\u00f9 ricco di\u00a0calcio<\/strong> del latte, \u00e8 ricco di fibre<\/strong>, ricco di acidi grassi<\/strong> (omega 3 e omega 6), rinforza il sistema immunitario<\/strong>, antiossidante<\/strong> naturale, disintossicante<\/strong>, antitumorale<\/strong>, zero grassi<\/strong>.. devo andare avanti o siete gi\u00e0 corsi a comprarlo? Il Kale salver\u00e0 il mondo?<\/p>\n

Everything started about one year ago in Dublin when my friend Laura prepared Kale chips<\/strong> for me. I was struck! I was surprised by how it was crunchy and tasty. It’s seems broccoli rabe but different, it seems “dino” kale but not so full flavored\u2026 And it’s not just super yummy, it’s also very healthy<\/strong>. The Kale is a natural anti-inflammatory<\/strong>, it has more iron<\/strong> than beef, more calcium<\/strong> than milk, full of fibers<\/strong> and fatty acids<\/strong> (omega 3 and omega 6), it helps the immune system<\/strong>, it’s antioxidant<\/strong>, detox<\/strong>, protects again cancer<\/strong> and zero fat<\/strong>\u2026 I have to go on or are you already go out to buy it? Does the Kale save the world?<\/em><\/p>\n

Diffidate da chi vi dice che il Kale sia il cavolo nero. Diffidate anche di Google. Il Kale non \u00e8 il cavolo nero<\/strong>. Questa \u00e8 una certezza. Storicamente il cavolo nero \u00e8 una variet\u00e0 derivata dal Kale ma i due sono assolutamente diversi.\u00a0Il cavolo nero<\/strong> ha una foglia rugosa di un verde molto scuro e dal sapore deciso.<\/p>\n

Be wary of who tells you that the Kale is in Italian the “cavolo nero” (the “dino” kale). Be wary of Google too. Kale and “dino” kale are very different<\/strong>. The “dino” kale came from the kale but they are so different.\u00a0The “dino” kale<\/strong> has wrinkled, dark green and full-flavored leaves.<\/em><\/p>\n

In America \u00e8 una sorta di monumento nazionale, dalle tavole degli hipster ora \u00e8 un alimento diffusissimo ed \u00e8 stato persino istituito il National Kale Day<\/strong>: il 2 di ottobre. Che grande paese \u00e8 l’America! (Vi ricordo che esiste anche il National Donut Day in America!)<\/p>\n

In USA Kale is a sort of national monument. From the hipster meals to the great the wide spread. They also have the National Kale Day<\/strong>: October, 2. What a great country is America! (Please note that there is also the National Donut Day!)<\/em><\/p>\n

Quest’estate tra California e Hawaii ho mangiato Kale in ogni forma<\/strong>: frullati verdi di ogni tipo, insalatone, kale e quinoa, con tofu, come contorno\u2026 davvero si presta a una infinita variet\u00e0 di ricette gustosissime<\/strong>! Questa cosa che faccia cos\u00ec bene e sia cos\u00ec buono \u00e8 davvero stupefacente! In ogni farmers market (mia grande passione) ne ho viste montagne! Perch\u00e9 non ti trovo qui?<\/p>\n

This Summer in California and Hawaii I ate so much Kale in so many ways<\/strong>: green smoothies, salads, kale and quinoa, kale and tofu, kale as side\u2026 it’s so tasty that you can eat it in millions of ways<\/strong>! This thing that is so healthy and so good is amazing! In every farmers market (I love farmers markets!) I visited I saw tons of Kale! Where are you now?<\/em><\/p>\n

E per me \u00e8 caccia aperta<\/strong>: a Milano sembra impossibile ma non sono ancora riuscita a trovarlo! C’\u00e8 chi lo millanta ma cerca di rifilarmi il cavolo nero. E io dico no! Kale, ti trover\u00f2<\/strong>! Chiedo ufficialmente il vostro aiuto! La prima persona che avvista del miracoloso cavolo riccio mi faccia subito un fischio!\u00a0Intanto io penso alla coltivazione diretta. Sia mai che salta fuori il business!<\/p>\n

The hunt is open<\/strong>: it’s seems impossible but I can’t find Kale in Milan! Someone try to give me “dino” kale but I say No! Kale I’ll find you<\/strong>! Now I am officially asking your help: if anyone spot Kale anywhere in Milan please, let me know!\u00a0In the meanwhile I’m thinking about Kale-growing\u2026 Who knows that this could be my business!<\/em><\/p>\n
