Lavare il cavolo riccio e spezzettarlo togliendo la costa centrale. Farlo rosolare con olio e uno spicchio d&#8217;aglio. Intanto cuocere la quinoa e spezzettare il tofu.<\/p>\n<p><em>Let&#8217;s start with Kale, quinoa, tofu and almonds. Wash and chop leaves of the Kale. Wash and chop leaves of Kale. Cook it with one clove of garlic. Ora basta unire il Kale cotto con il tofu spezzettato, la quinoa e le mandorle tostate. Un filo di olio, sale e pepe per finire! Un piatto sanissimo e davvero gustoso!<\/p>\n<p><em>After about 15 minutes everything will be ready. Now you have just to add quinoa, tofu and almonds to the Kale. Just a little bit of oil, salt and pepper and that&#8217;s it! Basta tagliare finemente il cavolo riccio, condirlo con sale, olio, pepe, succo di limone e di mandarancio e aggiungere un p\u00f2 di granella di mandorle tostate e quinoa per aggiungere una componente croccante. Grattare un p\u00f2 di scorsa degli agrumi per guarnire. Ecco fatto! Mangiare il Kale crudo \u00e8 sicuramente ancora pi\u00f9 salutare.<\/p>\n<p><em>Let&#8217;s continue with the Kale salad with\u00a0citrus fruits. You have just to slice thinly the Kale, dress with oil, salt, pepper, lemon and tangerine juices, add some toasted almonds and quinoa if you like something crunchy. Garnish with some lemon and tangerine zest. That&#8217;s it! Molto semplice, si usa il solito procedimento che avevamo visto per le <a title=\"VEGGIE CHIPS\" href=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/2014\/10\/23\/veggie-chips\/\">veggie chips<\/a>. Basta stenderle leggermente condite su una placca da forno e cuocere a 200\u00b0 per 5\/7 minuti. Perfette!<\/p>\n<p><em>And now Kale chips time! It&#8217;s very simple: you have to proceed as the <a title=\"VEGGIE CHIPS\" href=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/2014\/10\/23\/veggie-chips\/\">veggie chips<\/a>. Put the Kale on a baking pan with just a little bit of oil, salt and pepper, bake them in the oven\u00a0at 200\u00b0 for 5\/7 minutes. Vale la pena introdurlo nella nostra dieta, non solo perch\u00e8 assolutamente salutare, <a title=\"ODE AL KALE\" href=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/2014\/10\/28\/ode-al-kale\/\">come gi\u00e0 vi avevo raccontato<\/a>, ma anche perch\u00e8 davvero gustoso! Ecco un&#8217;altra idea&#8230; cosa ne dite di un pesto di Kale? Da provare!<\/p>\n<p><em>These are just three of the many things that we can make with Kale! I really want to introduce it in my diet because is super healthy, <a title=\"ODE AL KALE\" href=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/2014\/10\/28\/ode-al-kale\/\">as I mentioned here<\/a>, and it is so good!
