Gli udon sono una variet\u00e0 di noodles &#8220;spessi&#8221; preparati con farina integrale di grano, in Giappone li abbiamo sempre mangiati in brodo, caldo o freddo (meravigliosi con veri cubetti di ghiaccio per combattere il caldo pazzesco di agosto!).<\/p>\n<p><em>When I went to <strong>Japan<\/strong> with my husband during the Summer 2013 we discovered <strong>udon<\/strong> (\u3046\u3069\u3093) and we totally love it! Udon\u00a0is a type of thick wheat flour noodle. Io li cucino un po&#8217; &#8220;all&#8217;italiana&#8221;, con tante verdure a seconda di quello che ho in casa. Sono un <strong>piatto unico<\/strong> davvero nutriente e buonissimo.<br \/>\nIngredienti:<br \/>\nUdon (secchi o freschi)<br \/>\nBrodo vegetale<br \/>\nVerdure miste a piacere<br \/>\nOlio<\/p>\n<p><em>I&#8217;ve found <strong>udon<\/strong> also in Italy (it wasn&#8217;t easy!) and we eat it quite often. I cook it in a sort of &#8220;Italian style&#8221; with lots of vegetables. It is a great <strong>all-in one course<\/strong>, really nutritious and very good.<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\nUdon (fresh or dry)<br \/>\nVegetable broth<br \/>\nMixed vegetables<br \/>\nOil<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5165\" src=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_0005.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0005\" width=\"700\" height=\"484\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_0005.jpg 700w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_0005-300x207.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Faccio una piccola premessa sugli udon. Dopo tante ricerche li ho trovati a Milano da Katai, un supermercato orientale in zona Chinatown. Li vendono sia freschi da tenere in frigorifero che secchi con conservazione molto pi\u00f9 lunga ma sono meno corposi (buonissimi comunque!).<\/p>\n<p><em>A little introduction about udon: I buy udon in Katai, Milan oriental supermarket, Chinatown area. You can find it dry or fresh, dry udon isn&#8217;t thick such as fresh one but they are very good too.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5166\" src=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_0014.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0014\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_0014.jpg 700w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_0014-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_0014-360x240.jpg 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tagliare le verdure e preparare il brodo vegetale. Questa volta ho usato: porro, bietole, carote e zucca. Vi consiglio caldamente la zucca, d\u00e0 un sapore incredibile!<\/p>\n<p><em>Chop vegetables and prepare the broth. I&#8217;ve used: leek, chard, carrot and a piece of pumpkin. I really recommend the pumpkin, it will add\u00a0a great taste!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5167\" src=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_00171.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0017\" width=\"700\" height=\"455\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_00171.jpg 700w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_00171-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_00171-100x65.jpg 100w, https:\/\/gucki.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_00171-260x170.jpg 260w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Soffriggere in un pochino d&#8217;olio i porri, dopo poco aggiungere la zucca. Aggiungere quindi 3 mestoli di brodo e tenerne un po&#8217; nel caso asciughi troppo. Quando la zucca si sar\u00e0 ammorbidita aggiungo le carote e le bietole. In questo modo le carote resteranno pi\u00f9 croccanti. Quando le verdure saranno cotte aggiungere gli udon. Basteranno <strong>2 minuti<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p><em>Saut\u00e8 the leek in a spoon of oil, after few minutes add the pumpkin. Add 3 ladles of broth and save some in case udon will become too dry. When the pumpkin will be\u00a0almost cooked add the carrot and chard. In this way the carrot will be more crunchy. Con\u00a0l&#8217;uovo sono i miei preferiti!<\/p>\n<p><em>You can add some meat or poached eggs.
