Il weekend si avvicina, voglia di un picnic al parco? Cosa ne dite di portare il dolce? Oggi vi propongo una cheesecake in barattolo<\/strong>: perfettamente portatile e light<\/strong>! Niente zucchero, n\u00e9 uova, n\u00e9 forno, n\u00e9 teglie!<\/p>\n

Ingredienti
\n100 gr di biscotti al cioccolato
\n80 gr di burro
\nfragole o frutta che preferite
\n2 vasetti di yogurt
\n100 ml panna
\n2 fogli di colla di pesce
\nbarattoli in vetro<\/p>\n

Weekend is quite here, what about a picnic at the park? You can bring the dessert, today I’m here with cheesecake jars<\/strong>, easy and light<\/strong>: take them with you! No sugar, no eggs, no oven and even no baking pans need!<\/em><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/em>
\n100 gr chocolate biscuits<\/em>
\n80 gr butter<\/em>
\nstrawberries or fruits you like<\/em>
\n250 gr yogurt<\/em>
\n100 ml whipped cream<\/em>
\n4 gr gelatin
\nglass jars<\/em>\"DSC_0170\"<\/a>Sbriciolare i biscotti, per le mie cheesecake ho usato i Pan di Stelle, ma potete usare quelli che preferite! Intanto far sciogliere il burro. Mettete i biscotti sbriciolati nei barattoli e compattateli bene con un cucchiaio.<\/p>\n

Crumble the biscuits, you can use your favorite, and melt the butter. Put crumbled biscuits in jars and press them with a spoon.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"DSC_0188\"<\/a>Lasciare i\u00a0barattoli in frigo per almeno un’ora. Intanto mettete a bagno 2 fogli\u00a0di colla di pesce in acqua fredda per 10 minuti. Scioglierla poi in un po’ di panna tiepida.<\/p>\n

Put jars in the fridge for at least 1 hour. In the meanwhile soak the\u00a0gelatin in fresh water for 10 minutes. After this melt it in a little bit of warm cream.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"DSC_0196\"<\/a>Montare la panna, unirla allo yogurt e alla colla di pesce sciolta. Riempire i barattoli e rimettere in frigorifero per un’altra ora.<\/p>\n

Prepare the whipped cream and add the yogurt and the melted gelatin. Fill the jars and put again in the fridge for another hour.<\/em><\/p>\n
