Ci sono quei posti che ti entrano nel cuore, che ogni tanto ti sorprendi a pensarci\u2026 Le Hawaii<\/strong> per me sono assolutamente uno di questi! Fin da piccola per me rappresentavano un posto da sogno, mitico e lontanissimo, quasi non ero sicura esistessero veramente, il posto dov’\u00e8 andato Merlino arrabbiato (news scoperta purtroppo di recente: Merlino va a Honolulu solo per noi italiani\u2026 in inglese va alle Bermuda!)\u2026 e poi nel giro di 7 mesi ci sono stata ben due volte<\/strong>! Che privilegio! Ringrazio ogni giorno mio marito per essere un “cacciatore di voli impossibili”!
\nNel primo giro abbiamo girato le 4 isole principali<\/strong>: O’hau<\/strong> – dove si trova Honolulu<\/strong>, Kauai<\/strong>, Maui<\/strong> e Big Island<\/strong>. [Ve ne parler\u00f2 giuro, \u00e8 che ci sono cos\u00ec tante cose da dire che sto pensando a come fare!]
\nIl secondo giro<\/strong>, durante il nostro giro del mondo<\/a><\/strong>, \u00e8 stata una tappa di 24 ore<\/strong> – giusto tra un volo da Tokyo e uno per Seattle – in cui abbiamo esplorato la parte nord dell’isola di O’hau, la mitica North Shore<\/strong>, il paradiso dei surfisti<\/strong>! Qui d’inverno, quando le onde diventano alte come palazzi, si tengono le gare dei campionati mondiali di surf. Pazzi, pazzi, pazzi surfisti che in alcuni casi, quando il mare \u00e8 troppo grosso, \u00a0si fanno calare sulle onde da\u00a0elicotteri! In primavera\/estate invece diventa un paradiso anche per chi preferisce farsi una nuotata in tranquillit\u00e0!<\/p>\n

You can fall in love with some places and sometimes you catch yourself thinking about\u2026 Hawaii<\/strong> are one of these to me. I dream about them since I was a kid, Hawaii islands were for me an amazing and magical place, far far away, I wasn\u2019t really sure they exist in the reality, and then, I was been there 2 times in less then 7 months<\/strong>! Amazing! This is such a privilege. I have to thank everyday my husband and his passion for \u201cimpossible flight\u201d!
\nDuring our first time there we visited the 4 main islands<\/strong>: O\u2019hau<\/strong> \u2013 where Honolulu is, Kauai<\/strong>, Maui<\/strong> and Big Island<\/strong>. [I swear I\u2019ll post about but I have so many things to tell you that I don\u2019t know how do it!]
\nThis second time<\/strong>\u00a0there, during\u00a0our round the world trip<\/a><\/strong>, we had just 24 hours<\/strong> between a flight from Tokyo and another one to Seattle! We rent a car and went to north of Ohau, to the legendary North Shore<\/strong>, the surfers paradise<\/strong>! In Winter here there are giant wavea high like buildings. Crazy, crazy, crazy surfer let take themself on waves from elicopter too! But in Spring and Summer this is a paradise for everyone, you can swim or relax on the beach!<\/em><\/p>\n

La North Shore – con il Kualoa Ranch<\/strong> – \u00e8 anche la location<\/strong> di infiniti film: da Jurassic Park, Godzilla, Hunger Games, Lost<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n

The Kualoa Ranch<\/strong> in the North Shore was the location<\/strong>\u00a0of so many movies:\u00a0Jurassic Park, Godzilla, Hunger Games, Lost<\/strong>\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n

In un paio d’ore di macchina, pervasi di Aloha, si va da Honolulu alla costa nord, la bellissima Sunset Beach fino alla Mokule’ia Army Beach<\/strong>. Non ci crederete ma proprio questa \u00e8 la spiaggia del disastro aereo di Lost<\/strong>! Qui si pu\u00f2 surfare, rilassarsi sulla spiaggia, fare snorkeling come in un acquario, mangiare i migliori hamburger di sempre (Kua’Aina, a Hale’iwa).<\/p>\n

In a couple of hours you can go from Honolulu to the North Shore where there is the beautiful Sunset Beach and Mokule’ia Army Beach<\/strong>. You cannot believe me but this was the real set of the Lost plane crash<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/em>
\nYou can surf, relax yourself, do some breathtaking snorkeling and eat best burger ever (Kua’Aina, Hale’iwa)!<\/em><\/p>\n

Appena ci si addentra nell’entroterra si trovano i campi della Dole Food Company<\/strong> con distese infinite di ananas<\/strong>! Non avevo mai visto una pianta di ananas prima delle Hawaii.. tantomeno un’intera piantagione<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

As soon as you leave the shore you are surrounded by the Dole Food Company pineapple plantation<\/strong>! It was the first time I saw pineapple plants and an entire plantation!<\/em><\/p>\n

Una meraviglia insomma, avevate dubbi? E ora mi \u00e8 venuta la malinconia da Hawaii\u2026 lo sapevo! Vedete, non posso parlarne! Se chiudo gli occhi sono l\u00e0! Sentite l’Aloha e ricordatevi: i sogni si avverano<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

It’s awesome, isn’it? And now I am sadly thinking about Hawaii again.. I knew it! How can I write about 4 islands? If I close my eyes I am there!
