Quando si dice che si \u00e8 come un libro aperto\u2026 oggi vi presento un designer davvero speciale:\u00a0Lu\u00eds C\u00e9sar Nogueira Giestas<\/strong><\/a>, portoghese, classe 1988. Cos’ha disegnato?<\/strong> Tra le altre cose\u2026 s\u00e9 stesso!<\/strong> Ha definito con i colori 56 emozioni<\/strong> secondo questo schema:<\/p>\n

Today I would like to introduce you a real special designer: the Portuguese\u00a0Lu\u00eds C\u00e9sar Nogueira Giestas<\/strong><\/a> (1988). What did he design? Some stuff but among all he literally designed himself and his emotions!<\/strong> He defined 56 emotions<\/strong> with colors:<\/em><\/p>\n

e ha\u00a0registrato mettendo su carta\u00a0cos’ha provato in 100 giorni di esperimento.<\/strong> Ne sono nati 3 volumi<\/strong>.
\nNel primo<\/strong> si \u00e8 limitato a registrare ogni ora per 100 giorni le emozioni provate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He recorded his emotions on the hour for 100 days<\/strong> each time and documented them in a series of three, color-coded diaries<\/strong>.<\/em>
\nIn the first one<\/strong> he registered his emotions at every hours<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Nel secondo volume<\/strong> ha diviso ogni pagina in due registrando nella parte alta che emozioni ha mostrato e nella parte bassa quelle provate in realt\u00e0.<\/strong> Da quello che vediamo sembra una persona sincera, che non molto maschera le proprie emozioni. I colori tra ci\u00f2 che\u00a0ha\u00a0mostrato e provato sono abbastanza\u00a0in linea.<\/p>\n

In the second one<\/strong> he divided each page in two and he displayed on the top half what he expressed and in the other half what he felt.<\/strong> He seems a sincere person, colors are quite aligned.<\/em><\/p>\n

Nel terzo volume<\/strong> ha diviso la pagina in tre: cosa si aspettava di provare 24 ore prima, cos’ha provato in tempo reale e cosa ricorda di aver provato 24 ore dopo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the third diary<\/strong> he divided each page in three: what he expected 24 hours before, what he felt in the moment and what he remembered to have felt 24 hours later.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c8 significativo vedere come certe emozioni cambino nel tempo! \u2026 C’\u00e8 anche da dire che Giestas \u00e8 un uomo\u2026 chiss\u00e0 una donna come reagisce! Si sa\u2026 siamo meno propense a dimenticare!
\nGiestas non \u00e8 nuovo a questi esperimenti\/performance geniali! Stupendi i suoi libretti<\/strong><\/a>: una sorta di diari dove ha raccolto le sue paure, i pregiudizi e le bugie<\/strong>. Finito ogni il libretto li ha smontati e ridotto le pagine in carta pesta per creare nuove cose: addirittura il quadernetto delle paure \u00e8 ridiventato quadernetto con pagine pi\u00f9 spesse. \u00a0Mi \u00e8 piaciuta tantissimo questa soluzione: le paure affrontate e metabolizzate ci rendono pi\u00f9 forti! Certo\u00a0ce ne saranno di nuove, magari pi\u00f9 spaventose, ma anche noi saremo pi\u00f9 “grandi”!<\/p>\n

It’s really meaningful how colors and emotions change. Giestas is a man\u2026 who knows how it could be the color-diary of a woman!\u00a0<\/em>
\nThese are not the first Giestas’ genius performance: I love his notebooks<\/a><\/strong>!<\/em><\/p>\n
