La <strong>chia, o Salvia Hispanica<\/strong>, \u00e8 una pianta originaria del Centro e Sud America,\u00a0nota fin dagli Aztechi per le sue <strong>propriet\u00e0 nutrizionali e medicinali<\/strong>: \u00e8 ricca di <strong>antiossidanti, fibre, proteine, acidi grassi e omega 3,\u00a0calcio, ferro, magnesio e potassio<\/strong> ed \u00e8 totalmente priva di glutine! Non bisogna per\u00f2 eccedere: massimo\u00a025 grammi al giorno (circa 2 cucchiai da tavola). Le controindicazioni sono gonfiore e crampi&#8230;\u00a0Ma senza eccedere \u00e8 <strong>uno dei cibi pi\u00f9 salutari al mondo!<\/strong> Ne volete sapere un altro? Il <a href=\"\/?p=4291\">Kale, cavolo riccio: potete leggere tutto qui<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p><em>My friend <a href=\"https:\/\/unpaiodichili.wordpress.com\">Mir<\/a>\u00a0told me about <strong>chia seeds<\/strong> and it was a great discovery (thank you very much Mir!). <strong>Chia, or Salvia Hispanica<\/strong>, is a\u00a0species of flowering plant native to Central and Southern America. It\u00a0was cultivated by the Aztec in pre-Columbian times.\u00a0It&#8217;s a <strong>great source of healthy omega-3 fats, fibre, calcium, antioxidant, potassium<\/strong>, and it&#8217;s <strong>gluten free<\/strong>. Be careful too much chia seeds could have side effects (bloating\/cramps): 25 gr daily. If you don&#8217;t exceed chia seeds are <strong>one of the best food in the world<\/strong>! Se volete potete dolcificarlo con zucchero o miele, o anche aromatizzarlo con vaniglia, cannella&#8230; Mescolare bene, chiudere il barattolo e metterlo in frigorifero. Dopo circa 10 minuti mescolare di nuovo e rimettere in frigorifero per una notte (o almeno 4\/5 ore fino a che avr\u00e0 raggiunto una consistenza gelatinosa).<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p><em>Try the pudding with <strong>soy<\/strong> and <strong>coconut milk<\/strong>! Put<strong>\u00a02 table spoons of chia seeds<\/strong>, <strong>180 ml milk into the jar<\/strong>, add sugar, honey or vanilla or cinnamon if you like, stir, put the top on and put it in the fridge.
