L’arsura estiva si fa sentire e siete alla ricerca di una bibita fresca da bere e offrire agli amici? Ecco la risposta: sciroppo di sambuco aromatizzato<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Lo sciroppo si ricava dai fiori di sambuco<\/strong> (attenzione perch\u00e9 le foglie sono tossiche!), una pianta molto comune che fiorisce in tarda primavera. In antichit\u00e0 era considerata “magica” e con\u00a0tantissime\u00a0propriet\u00e0 curative. Si dice che il famoso flauto magico della leggenda fosse fatto proprio di legno di sambuco. Provate a rompere un legnetto, scoprirete infatti che dentro \u00e8 cavo!<\/p>\n

Se siete zelanti potete preparare lo sciroppo di fiori di sambuco in casa<\/strong> e avete tutta la mia stima perch\u00e9 \u00e8 un procedimento molto lungo (tipo che nella ricetta c’\u00e8 anche un “far riposare per\u00a03 giorni”). Vi suggerisco la ricetta di Valentina di A Day with V<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Se invece siete un po’ pigre come me oppure non trovate i fiori di Sambuco, ecco la mia ricetta molto pi\u00f9 easy! Uscite di casa e andate a comprarlo comodamente\u00a0in un supermercato <\/strong>(lo trovate anche da Ikea)! Ho provato lo sciroppo di fiori di Sambuco Fabbri (anche gluten free). Non sapevo bene che tipo di sapore aspettarmi quindi \u00e8 stato del tutto una sorpresa e me ne sono innamorata! \u00c8 buo-nis-si-mo! Esiste anche in versione “rossa” fiori+bacche.<\/p>\n

Niente di pi\u00f9 semplice: basta versarne un goccio (ne basta pochissimo) e aggiungere l’acqua (liscia o frizzante). Poi via libera alle personalizzazioni! Vi consiglio di provarlo con fette di limone, qualche foglia di menta, melissa e cedrina<\/strong> (o come preferite chiamarla limoncina , erba Luigia, erba limonaria… ha un buonissimo profumo e sapore di limone!). In pochi secondi avrete una bibita dissetante e profumata<\/strong> da offrire agli amici!<\/p>\n

Se volete anche una presentazione un po’ scenografica e bella potete preparare\u00a0dei cubetti di ghiaccio aromatizzati<\/a><\/strong> con le foglie di queste erbe aromatiche.<\/p>\n

Il consiglio in pi\u00f9? Si possono preparare anche buonissimi ghiaccioli<\/strong>! Ho seguito la stessa idea: un goccio di sciroppo, acqua e qualche fogliolina aromatica. Da provare! E ancora potete aggiungere qualche goccia di sciroppo<\/strong> di fiori di sambuco alle fragole\u00a0<\/strong>o per aromatizzare dolci e creme<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

E ora la vera chicca: lo sapete che con lo sciroppo di fiori di sambuco si pu\u00f2 prepare uno spritz pazzesco? Si chiama Spritz Hugo<\/strong> ed \u00e8 un aperitivo altoatesino<\/strong>! Ecco la ricetta<\/strong>:

\n2 cl sciroppo di fiori di Sambuco
\n6 cl Seltz (o acqua frizzante)
\nqualche cubetto di ghiaccio
\nMescolare leggermente e decorare con un rametto di menta e uno spicchio di mela rossa<\/p>\n

Summer is finally here\u00a0and are you looking for a cool drink to enjoy with\u00a0friends? Here’s the answer: Elderberry syrup<\/strong>!<\/em><\/p>\n

The syrup is obtained by elderflower<\/strong> (attention because leaves are toxic!), a very common plant that blooms in late Spring. In antiquity it was considered “magical” and with many healing properties. The famous “magic flute” seems to be made right in elderberry wood.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

You\u00a0can prepare the syrup of elder flowers at home<\/strong>\u00a0and you will have all my respect because it is a very long process (the recipe require\u00a0“let rest for 3 days”…) and I recommend\u00a0the recipe by Valentina of A Day with V<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

If you’re a bit lazy like me or you do not find the Elderberry flowers, here is my recipe much easier!\u00a0Buy it in a supermarket<\/strong> (you can also find it at Ikea)! I tried syrup Elderberry flowers by Fabbri (gluten free). I didn’t know the right flavor of eldeberry flowers and it was quite a surprise. I love it! It’s really good! Also available in a red version with flowers + berries.<\/em><\/p>\n

Prepare it is super easy: put\u00a0just a pour shot in a glass and add water (still or sparkling). Then personalize it! I recommend you to try it with lemon slices, a few mint leaves, lemon balm and lemon verbena<\/strong>. Within seconds you’ll have a refreshing and fragrant drink for you and your\u00a0friends!\u00a0You can also add some\u00a0flavored ice cubes with the same leaves.<\/em><\/p>\n

You can also prepare delicious snow cones<\/strong>! A drop of syrup, water and a few aromatic leaves. You can also add a few drops of syrup of elder flowers on strawberries<\/strong> or to add flavor to cakes and creams<\/strong>!<\/em><\/p>\n

One last tip: Hugo Spritz<\/strong>! A real cool and good cocktail<\/strong> made with eldeberry syrup. This is the recipe<\/strong>:<\/em>
